Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for:

• Errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client
• Tax penalties or interest due to late filings (unless caused by our negligence)
• Business decisions made based on financial reports we provide
• Third-party software errors or downtime (e.g., QuickBooks Online)

7. Intellectual Property

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:
